In addition to yoga, delicious farm-to-table meals and sharing circles, you get to decide how best to spend your four-day retreat. You can completely unwind – enjoy a massage, read, write or nap under the beautiful pear and willow trees (we call these afternoon events “tree time”) or enjoy the large perennial gardens and water features, perfect for reflection and inspiration. If you want to be a bit more active, take a guided farm tour, or head off farm for a hike, swim, to shop or otherwise explore this small island wonderland.

Our seven-day Playa Secreto, Mexico retreats are for you if you love sun, sand and sea and are searching for a truly sacred pause from your busy life. Yoga twice a day, three beautiful gourmet meals and sharing circles most evenings are the only scheduled activities throughout the week. Spend the rest of your time beach walking, hanging in one of the many hammocks or swimming in the beautiful Caribbean Sea or pool. Can you think of anything better than a full week of rest, relaxation and connection with 20 other like-hearted women? Excursions beyond our private villa and beach to explore the Mayan area and culture are also possible.
