We just wrapped up our 8th She Recovers Retreat a few weeks ago here in the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico. As always – it was a week of joyful connection – with our “selves” and with each other, with our “breathe” and our “bodies.” We all need a Sacred Pause in our busy lives, and that is exactly what our retreats have come to be for the women who join us – some who return retreat after retreat.

We are pretty unique in that our recovery retreats are open to women recovering from anything, recovering via varied and multiple pathways. We do have women recovering from addictions via traditional pathways (such as 12 step) but also many women recovering on their own, with our retreats providing a welcome reprieve from their isolation in recovery. We have women recovering from eating disorders and are able to accommodate specific food plans. Other women who join us are recovering from codependency, cancer, divorce, grief, love addiction. low self-esteem or burnout, stress…and the list goes on.

We offer a safe, loving environment, nutritious gourmet meals, two yoga classes a day, evening sharing circles (sharing is optional) and a whole lot more. Above all, we offer women the space to take a breath and get in touch with what really matters in their lives.

Because we have so many repeat guests – our retreats sell out very quickly. In 2016 we are offering two retreats in Mexico (both are one week long) – the first in May and the second in November. During the summer we invite you to consider attending one of our four-day retreats on beautiful Salt Spring Island (you fly into Victoria, British Columbia and then take a ferry to SSI).
